Sheila Weis, physician assistant, received her PA degree from Marquette University in 2016.  She practiced with the inpatient cardiology department at Advocate Aurora in Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie for 6 years.  In 2022, she moved to Green Bay and joined Aurora BayCare Cardiology, where she practiced both outpatient and inpatient medicine.  

While working in Green Bay, she worked alongside Dr. Weslow and they found their approach to medicine and compassion for patients was in parallel.  They talked about their faith on a regular basis and felt a calling that couldn’t be ignored.  This led to her desire to join Dr. Weslow’s new independent practice, where she can combine up to date medical practices with compassionate individualized care. 

She employs cardiovascular risk assessment and collaborates closely with Dr. Weslow and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure each patient receives personalized, high-quality care.  In her practice, she emphasizes not only optimal medical management but also sustainable lifestyle changes that improve long-term heart health.
