CARDIOVASCULAR SERVICES:

At Sacred Heart Cardiology, Dr. Weslow’s team offers up-to-date, evidence-based cardiovascular care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Our approach goes beyond standardized protocols and algorithm-driven medicine — we prioritize personal connection, thoughtful listening, and individual treatment plans rooted in Dr. Weslow’s 25 years of experience as a physician, that respect and treat the whole person.

We understand that today’s healthcare landscape can feel overwhelming, as you deal with massive hospital systems where you can’t talk to a person or get seen in a timely fashion, with over-reliance on polypharmacy, and impersonal, one-size-fits-all solutions. Our team is here to help you navigate this medical maze with promptness, clarity, transparency, and open communication. We take time to explain your options, answer your questions, and involve you fully in decisions about your care.  And when things change, we’re right here with you to adjust and see you as quickly and as often as needed.

At Sacred Heart Cardiology, you are more than a number or a diagnosis — to us you are a partner, and working together, our goal for your journey is to arrive at a healthier place than where you started.  We are committed to empowering you with knowledge, delivering individualized care, and restoring confidence in the healing process.

Welcome to the Sacred Heart family, where medicine meets mission, and every heart matters.
