FOLLOW YOUR HEART...out of the medical maze and into simplified care.

our mission:

We strive to provide faith-based healthcare that encourages a collaborative and trustworthy relationship between the patient and their provider.  We want to provide clear medical explanations and shared decision making, while being transparent in medical costs.  We will advocate for our patients and help them navigate the complexities of healthcare while maintaining a high standard of medical practice and comprehensive services. We strive to be a beacon of hope and healing for every individual we serve.

The Sacred Heart of Jesus is a powerful symbol of divine love, compassion, and healing. It represents a heart that suffers for others, listens without judgment, and beats with mercy for all humanity. At Sacred Heart, we draw inspiration from this image as we care for the physical hearts of our patients.

We want to serve our neighbors in northeast Wisconsin and treat the heart not only as a vital organ but as the center of life, emotion, and spirit. By naming our clinic after the Sacred Heart, we affirm our commitment to treat each patient with the same compassion, dedication, and love that Christ shows in His Sacred Heart. This connection reminds us that healing is not just clinical—it’s human.
